I sell many homes every year.
Each one has a different story, a different client, and is unique to me.
Some of my clients need help with decorating, some need help with financing and others just need help….I love them all!
In most cases, the biggest request we have is for home service contacts. Furnace and air, roofing, flooring, painting, and general contractors.
While I am always happy when people have their own “guy” who is trustworthy, I always have a list available to my clients for any service they could possibly want.
Let me tell you about this list.
Imagine hearing about a secret club that’s located down a dark alley in a shady part of town. It’s potentially the best club you may ever go to, the place where the stories you tell last a lifetime.
But you can’t get in…..
You walk up to the door and the bouncer slides open the little hole in the door and grunts some unintelligible nonsense about how you aren’t dressed right, or you’re too young or too old, or not tall enough or too short.
The criteria are just idiotically difficult to overcome!!
That’s my list. I have the highest standards for the people that work with my clients. Standards that start with customer service.
I work my ass off to help my clients and the people I recommend are an extension of me and my team.
If the customer service isn’t strong, the name gets dropped from the list.
They won’t be the cheapest service providers and they likely won’t be the most expensive either. But they WILL be AMAZING.
If you have someone you trust, that’s cool. If you need someone new, you can trust, then our contacts are the best of the best.
